A morning stretch routine

This is a video we put together for our patients to make sure they better understand what to do to get free of back and neck pain.

These are some of the main stretches we give our marathon runners, paddlers, and volleyball players for general mobility.

We take a functional approach in our practice to sports injuries.  We want to physically align the body with hands on treatment, and then empower the patient to know what to do for themselves.
